Ready to ship items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is cleared. Once items are shipped, I am not responsible for any mishaps or lost packages. I will not cancel orders that fall outside of the turnaround time due to conditions outside of my control. Refunds will not be issued for orders mishandled by the shipping carrier.
